In view of the clear advice about gatherings and recommended behaviour we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our rehearsals and all our concerts until further notice.

We will resume as soon as it is safe to do so!

If you have already purchased tickets in advance, please contact Sue Wyatt about a refund by clicking this link to send an email to our box office.  It would help us enormously if you would consider donating the cost of your tickets to the choir to help in the current situation  Thank you.

Publication of his Vespers in 1610 almost certainly helped Monteverdi secure the post of maestro di cappella at St Mark’s in Venice. Famed for its thrilling rhythms, grand choruses and beautiful solo movements, this is surely one of the most magnificent collections of sacred music ever written.
